Synopsis: Ridge of high pressure will slowly shift east today. A strong cold front is expected to sweep through the north Gulf waters tonight. Strong winds are expected this afternoon through Sunday. High pressure will then build in for Sunday and Monday. Another low pressure system may begin to affect the waters by Tuesday.
